Xiaomi officially announce to the market thier latest devices known as Xiaomi Redmi 2. It is an update to the recent Xiaomi redmi smartphone and the new Xiaomi 2 comes with medium spec and low price. It will be on sale in China on 9th January for only 699 CNY (about RM396).
However the Redmi 2 will remains as similar to the redmi 1s - 4.7″ IPS HD 720p display as the previous. but the new model is more thinner and lighter with new improvement to thier outer case. What your can see inside the new redmi2 is - its built with Snapdragon 410 chipset - quad Cortex-A53 at 1.2GHz, 1GB RAM adn Adreno 306.
And the software also, has been upgraded to MIUI 6. In adition, redmi 2 comes with 8GB of built-in storage, expandable with 32GB microSD cards and has two SIM slots, each capable of 4G LTE connectivity (both Chinese and international, 150Mbps).
